We hope you all enjoyed your christmas day, but for every mouthful of christmas pudding, there is a price to be paid. 1,000 steps maybe? Tom is endeavouring to save you all, by hosting a walk on the 28th....tuesday next.. Even for those of you who feel they can't move an inch, this one is for you. A calm reflective, walk along Boyle canal and Forest park. C walk. Flat. And bring the strawberry creams from th? choc boxes, excess cake and biscuits. If the worst comes to the worst, you can feed a bit to the ducks.
Meet at Boyle canal harbour at 12pm. Take the turn on the left before the left turn to Boyle on the N61 coming towards Sligo on the N4. And youre doing OK. Nearest eircode is F52 P215. If you get lost, there is nothing more I can do...Dial 999 or 112.
