AGM Wednesday 5th October 2016

Hi everyone
Please note that the AGM will be held on Wednesday the 5th October, 2016 at 8pm in the Boyle Enterprise Centre.
In advance of the AGM we would ask that you give some thought to the following matters:
1: The current Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer will all be stepping down so we will be looking for people to fill these posts. If you would like to put your name forward or have any suggestions, you can contact either Eileen Callaghan on 0861940651 or Beverly James on 0892077404 - or you can bring any suggestions with you on the evening.
2: Suggestions for any walks for the 2016 / 2017 calendar.
3: Ideas for the Christmas Party in December.
We look forward to seeing you all on the evening !
