Walk Sunday March 10th 2024

The walk this Sunday was to be at the Playbank (that's another story, of how it got its name) near Ballinaglera. However the heather has not got any shorter and Ann who kindly checked it out has decided on another area. So no play in Ballinaglera, but a bit of craic at Boleybrack. This walk is about 12 -13km over rough terrrain, taking in a couple of lakes. Definitely need boots and gaiters and we will be out for well over 3 hours. Meet on the road near Wynnes pub in Drumkeeran at 11am or you might like to meet up at the Crescent, Boyle at 10 15 to carpool. Philip will definitely be there. Eircode for Wynnes is N41 X8H1.
